Remote Support

We are able to provide several support services remotely. This allows us to respond more quickly to requests and saves your company time and money. The technologies we use provide us a secure connection to your machine.


If we are currently working with you on a support request, we may need to gain direct access to your system. If that is the case, you will be directed use one of the two options below.

1. LMI Rescue - You will be directed to enter a PIN code below. One of our technicians will provide you with that code at the appropriate time.

2. Splashtop SOS - Click the appropriate link below to download the support utility. Open or Run that downloaded file and you will be given a code. Please provide that code to your technician to complete the connection.
